BizBarrel Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BB, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BB. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

BizBarrel Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

BB allows you to add content such as topics, notes, chains, and annotations.

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant BizBarrel Inc. a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for operating BB.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal
• Harmful
• Infringing
• Malicious
• Intended to disrupt BB or other users

5. Platform Use

You may use BB only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
• Interfere with platform operations
• Circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to extract or scrape data
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Service Availability

BB is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. BizBarrel Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

7. Third-Party Services

BB may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, or integrations. BizBarrel Inc. is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of BB is governed by the BizBarrel Privacy Policy. By using BB, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All BB software, branding, design, and documentation are the property of BizBarrel Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Termination

BizBarrel Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to BB if you:

• Violate these terms
• Misuse the platform
• Engage in harmful or unlawful activity

Upon termination, your right to use BB ends immediately.

You may request deletion or export of your data as permitted by the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BB is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

BizBarrel Inc. disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizBarrel Inc. is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your account

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with BB is to stop using the platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BizBarrel Inc. harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of BB
• Your content
• Your violation of these terms

14. Changes to Terms

BizBarrel Inc. may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of BB constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
